By signing up, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You have the legal right to share your profile materials (e.g., video, photo, CV).

We provide:

• A platform to submit your profile and be considered for paid internships.
• Internship matchmaking with vetted companies in locations such as France, Spain, the UK, and remote.

We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive an internship offer.
• The pay, legal terms, or outcome of any internship.

We are not your employer. All employment or internship agreements are between you and the hiring company.

By using theInterna, you agree to:

• Only submit materials that are your own and do not violate any third-party rights.
• Not misrepresent your identity, experience, or eligibility.
• Act professionally and respectfully with companies you are matched with.

You grant theInterna the right to:

• Share your profile, including name, school, graduation year, video, and preferences, with vetted hiring partners for placement purposes only.
• Store and process your data securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your personal data.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@theinterna.com.

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We may suspend or remove users who:

• Violate these terms
• Provide false information
• Act inappropriately toward hiring partners or our team

You can also delete your account at any time.

We are not responsible for:

• The conduct of internship providers
• Visa or legal issues arising from international work
• Any direct or indirect damages arising from platform use

Use of theInterna is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or in-app if major changes occur. Continued use of theInterna means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by courts in the UK.
